Online Photo & Video Use Policy

Including photos and videos online (on our website, blog, and social media sites) of members and events at Calvary Church is a privilege for us, and we intend to respect and honor it. Therefore:

  • Photos/videos are almost always of people in public spaces, and/or at public events.

  • We will not knowingly post anything that would be embarrassing, objectionable or hurtful to anyone in the photo/video.

  • We do not identify children or younger youth by name in the photos/videos we post online. Adults and older youth may occasionally be identified only if prior permission is given.

  • If copyright for a photo/video is held by someone other than Calvary Church, we will receive permission to post it and gladly provide credit if desired.

  • We will gladly remove any photo/video upon request. If you see a photo/video that includes you or your child and would like it removed from the site, please contact the communications team with the details.

We ask for your respect in return. Unless otherwise indicated, photographs and videos on the following platforms are the property of and are copyrighted by Calvary Church:

  • Calvary Church managed social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)

Our photographs and videos may not be used for any purpose without permission from Calvary Church. That includes, but is not limited to:

  • downloading

  • printing

  • distributing

  • linking

We grant permission for limited sharing of our media and content. You may share YouTube Videos, website articles and Facebook stories on social media. You may link to our posted content but may not download and share content on a personal web page without permission. Please add attribution to Calvary Church for any media you share with permission.
